Where to Buy Collagen Jelly Sticks Near Me — Why Boots, Superdrug & Holland & Barrett Don't Stock Them (Yet)

4 min read · Published 2026-09-07

If you’ve searched for somewhere to buy a collagen jelly stick “near me,” there’s a good chance Google pointed you toward Boots, Superdrug, or Holland & Barrett — and there’s an equally good chance you didn’t find one when you got there. That’s not you missing it on the shelf. It’s genuinely not stocked.

We checked

Searching Holland & Barrett’s own site search for “jelly stick” returns zero matches — it suggests you check your spelling or try a less specific term, which is Holland & Barrett—speak for “we don’t have that.” Boots and Superdrug’s own catalogues are, as far as we can find, entirely gummies, capsules, and powders in their collagen range — no jelly-stick format SKU that we could locate.

Why the gap exists

It’s not that these retailers don’t sell collagen — they sell plenty, just not in this format. A few structural reasons:

Retail categorisation. UK supplement retail treats collagen as a health-aisle product: gummies next to vitamins, powders next to protein. The Korean approach — jelly sticks merchandised in the beauty aisle, next to skincare — doesn’t map onto how UK stores are laid out, so there’s no obvious shelf for a buyer to place the format even if they wanted to stock it.

No UK distribution deal yet. Every jelly-stick brand we cover — BB LAB, FOODOLOGY, Cloo9, YIXO, NOW Foods, HAMCHOROK — sells either direct, through Amazon UK, or through specialist K-beauty resellers. None currently has a UK high-street wholesale/distribution arrangement with Boots, Superdrug, or Holland & Barrett. That’s a business decision on the brands’ part as much as a stocking decision on the retailers’ part.

It’s still a new format here. Buyers, and therefore buyers-for-retailers, need to see demand before committing shelf space. That’s a genuine chicken-and-egg problem for a format this early in the UK — which is exactly why we started this site.

Where to actually buy one

Since the high street doesn’t have them, every real option is online. Our full buying guide compares six currently-available products — YesStyle, Cloo9’s own site, YIXO’s own UK site, Welzo, and Amazon UK all carry genuine jelly-stick SKUs with real UK delivery paths, unlike the three retailers above.

If a UK high-street chain does start stocking the format, we’ll update this page — that’s a real gap in provision right now, not a permanent one.

New formats land in the UK slowly. Don’t miss it.
